 PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments along with experiencing a larger shipment volume. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 3 business days for the USPS tracking number to update once you have received a a shipping confirmation email including the USPS tracking number. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday will usually ship out within 24 hours. This means that from the time you place your order to the time that your package ships, we are working hard to get your order through our process. Orders placed on Saturday may or may not ship the same day depending on the volume we are experiencing at the time. If you place an order on Saturday and it does not ship the same day, you will receive a tracking number, but your order will actually leave our facility on Monday, which is the next available day for USPS. If your order is placed on Sunday, you may receive a tracking number, but your package will not leave our facility until Monday when USPS is available. USPS does not ship packages during any of the major U.S. holidays. All orders placed during holidays may be processed on the next available business day. Although we strive to maintain these guidelines, there are inevitably times that order volume, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from shipping your package on the exact day it might be expected.

Order confirmations will be emailed to the address you have on file. If you have not received a confirmation by email within 15 minutes of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder in case of redirection by your email provider.

Also, please ensure you provide us with a valid email address free from accidental misspellings. You can review the spelling of your email address in the My Account section of our website. If you are already logged into your account, you can find it directly in the Your Account Details section.

All shipping is done via USPS. NJ Flavors will provide tracking information via email when your order ships. Shipping times may vary based on conditions and do not include order processing time. Please remember that all of our NJ Flavors are mixed & bottled to order, this means we do not stock any bottles that are already made. Making each bottle can delay shipments depending on order volume we are experiencing.

Free Domestic US Shipping on Orders Above $25
Option available whenever the (pre-tax) cart price is above $25. You must select Free Shipping during checkout to be eligible and it will be shipped with First Class, which can take the full 48 business hours to be processed.

Please Note: USPS First Class Mail (Marked "Not Expedited Shipping") is not a faster option if you qualify for Free Shipping. Estimated Shipping Times are listed below, if you want quicker shipping please select USPS Priority.

International Flat Rate Shipping: USPS International Priority. International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or duty fees according to your location. These taxes and/or fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that although tracking numbers are provided for every shipment, not all shipments continue to track once they leave the U.S. This is based strictly on the tracking capabilities of your local post carrier.

APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 14 days in transit, no matter the USPS shipment class. 

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by USPS and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
We are not responsible for wrong addresses entered on orders, please review your billing/shipping address before placing your order.
Please note that incorrect and/or incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the shipping of your order in a timely matter.

NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please make sure you are fully aware of your country’s laws regarding flavor concentrate importation before making a purchase. Although we do ship to almost every country in the world, NJ Flavors will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs or other law enforcement. NJ Flavors tries to stay up to date on current laws and regulations outside of the United States, the buyer will assume all risk associated with their international purchase.

Packages/Items Damaged in Transit:
Should your package be damaged by the shipping carrier in transit to you, do not open it. Instead, please reject the delivery immediately by telling the carrier in person or by returning it to the Post Office immediately, and then contact us. This will clear you of any responsibility, however, this can only be done with unopened packages. If you have already opened it, please contact NJ Flavors customer service within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include detailed pictures of the damage to the package. At that time, a customer service representative will determine what action should be taken.
 

Late Shipments
Due to high volumes of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be automatically updated at each facility. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service at an amazing price, errors and delays could occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of NJ Flavos and the purchaser must contact USPS directly to resolve the issue using the information provided below. We can not guarantee transit times as we are not a shipping company and shipping fees are non-refundable through us.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, the USPS tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your account. It may take a couple of hours for the USPS tracking number to appear as a valid tracking number in their system.

Please do not be alarmed if the USPS delivery confirmation for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package reaches a sorting facility, transit locations, or your local USPS Post Office. There are no updates in between and all delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.

USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost, other shipping services are not cost effective for the average order placed on our website. However, they can occasionally make the mistake of routing a package to the wrong address. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, please contact USPS at the contact information provided above.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:
NJ Flavors is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. NJ Flavors strives to upkeep the resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Replacement Devices/Parts Shipping:
All replacement shipments & warranty shipments are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.
